In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "fik77" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to fik77 and its affiliated entities that operate the fik77 online betting and casino platform accessible at https://fik77.app.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers, or otherwise uses the fik77 platform.

• "Balance" — the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus funds separately tracked in the Bonus Wallet.
• "Real Money Wallet" — the portion of a Player's Balance representing actual deposited funds, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Wallet" — the portion of a Player's Balance representing promotional or bonus credits, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification procedures required by fik77 before processing withdrawals or at any point deemed necessary for compliance purposes.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which accessing or using an online gambling platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "IDR / Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the currency in which all fik77 transactions are denominated.

To be eligible to register and use the fik77 platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Services:

• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and are not registering as, or on behalf of, a corporate entity, business, or any other legal person.
• You do not currently hold an open account with fik77 under the same or any other identity. One account per person is strictly enforced.
• You have not previously been excluded from the fik77 platform under a self-exclusion arrangement or been banned due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of fik77 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.

fik77 reserves the right to carry out eligibility verification checks at any stage of the customer relationship. Providing false eligibility information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding Balance.

To access the full range of fik77 Services, you must register a Player Account. By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You also agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

The registration process requires you to provide, at minimum, the following information:

• Full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP).
• Date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid email address to which you have sole access.
• A mobile telephone number registered in Indonesia.
• A secure password of at least eight characters, combining letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Your preferred withdrawal bank account details (required before your first withdrawal).

One Account Policy: Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the fik77 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, fik77 reserves the right to close all such accounts, consolidate any balances at its discretion, and withhold any winnings generated across duplicate accounts pending full investigation.

Account Security: You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account while logged in is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised the activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fik77 support immediately via live chat.

fik77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with the anti-money-laundering and player-protection obligations imposed by our international gaming licence. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may also be triggered by unusual account activity at fik77's discretion.

The standard KYC documents required are as follows:

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may be returned to the originating payment instrument, subject to the originating institution's processing timeline.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be rejected.

Processing Times: fik77 targets the following processing windows:

Processing times are targets and not guarantees. Delays may occur during periods of high transaction volume, scheduled bank maintenance windows, or where a withdrawal triggers an additional security or KYC review. fik77 will proactively notify the Player via email if a withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated target window.

Source of Funds: All deposits must originate from a payment instrument registered in the Player's own name. fik77 will not process deposits from third-party accounts. Any funds identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the deposit will be voided.

Withdrawal Method Matching: Withdrawals will, wherever possible, be returned to the same payment instrument used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Where this is not possible, fik77 may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal to an alternative instrument.

fik77 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral bonuses. All promotions are governed by the specific terms published on each promotion page, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

General Bonus Conditions: The following general conditions apply to all fik77 promotions unless the specific promotion page states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Wallet and are not immediately withdrawable.
• A wagering requirement must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to the Real Money Wallet and withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute towards wagering requirements. The game contribution table is published on each promotion page.
• Bonus credits and their associated winnings expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated expiry period (typically 7–30 days from the date of crediting).
• The maximum withdrawal from any single bonus is capped at the amount stated on the promotion page. Winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from the Player's Balance upon withdrawal.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as recurring or weekly/monthly.
• Bonuses are not transferable between Players and have no cash equivalent.

Bonus Abuse: fik77 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a single-entitlement bonus; employing low-risk or hedging betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms without genuine gameplay risk; colluding with other Players; or providing false registration information to obtain a bonus. Where bonus abuse is identified, fik77 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, close the Account, and permanently ban the Player from the platform.

All bets and wagers placed on the fik77 platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game or betting market. These product-level rules are published within each game or market interface and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Sportsbook: All sports bets are accepted subject to the odds and markets displayed at the time of placement. fik77 reserves the right to suspend or restrict markets at any time, including after bet placement where there is reasonable cause (such as evidence of market manipulation or data integrity concerns). Void bets are refunded at the original stake. Bets placed after an event has commenced are subject to in-play rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type.

Live Casino: All live dealer games are operated in real time by certified studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and others. Game outcomes are final once the round is complete. Technical disconnections during a live game round do not void a placed bet; the result of the round as recorded by the studio operator is final. In the event of a confirmed dealer error confirmed by the studio provider, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

Slots and RNG Games: All RNG-based games, including slots, fish shooting, and bingo, use certified random number generators that have been independently tested to ensure the published return-to-player (RTP) percentages and randomness standards are met. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fik77 platform. Breach of any of the prohibitions below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to access the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology designed to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected software error are not payable and will be removed from the Balance pending investigation.
• Colluding with other Players in live poker, live games, or any other game format where such collusion distorts fair play.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fik77 staff, support agents, or other Players.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt activity related to sporting events offered on the fik77 sportsbook.
• Attempting to charge-back a deposit after using the deposited funds on the platform.

All content on the fik77 platform — including but not limited to the fik77 brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, game assets, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of fik77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fik77 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any fik77 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform or its software.
• Use any fik77 branding or content for commercial purposes, including affiliate promotion, without an active affiliate agreement with fik77.
• Frame, scrape, or systematically extract data from the platform.

Any unauthorised use of fik77's intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fik77's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds held in the Player's Account at the time the cause of action arose.

fik77 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature, even if fik77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from platform use or inability to access the platform.
• Disruptions to the platform caused by events beyond fik77's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, power failures, natural disasters, government action, or third-party system failures.
• The conduct, acts, or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other third-party service providers integrated into the platform.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, prices, or market data that results from a genuine technical error, provided such error is rectified promptly upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits fik77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

fik77 collects, processes, stores, and uses Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

In summary, fik77 collects and uses Player data for the following primary purposes:

• Account creation, authentication, and management.
• KYC identity verification and ongoing compliance monitoring.
• Processing deposits and withdrawals through our payment partners.
• Delivering customer support and responding to Player queries.
• Sending promotional communications (where the Player has opted in).

fik77 does not sell Player personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to fik77's legal retention obligations.

Termination by the Player: You may close your fik77 Account at any time by submitting a written closure request to the fik77 support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Wallet Balance (after deduction of any applicable charges) will be returned to your registered withdrawal instrument within five (5) business days, provided KYC verification is complete. Bonus Wallet funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless they have been fully converted to withdrawable funds prior to the closure request.

Termination by fik77: fik77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Identification of the Player as a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) or a person subject to international sanctions.
• Inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months, subject to advance notice as required by applicable law.
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.

Where an account is closed by fik77 due to a material breach by the Player (such as fraud or bonus abuse), fik77 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account Balance, including Real Money Wallet funds, pending the outcome of any investigation. Where closure results from a reason other than Player breach, any verified Real Money Wallet Balance will be returned to the Player.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fik77 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved informally through fik77's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration institution.
